on the slopes

We are making every effort to ensure that guests in the restaurants on the mountain and in the Maiensässen are always made aware of the major dangers through the daily slope checks by the slope patrol and the employees of the Brigels Waltensburg Andiast mountain railroads.

Slopes are open during the operating hours of the transport facilities until the final check has been carried out, unless they are expressly closed. At the valley stations, the warnings are signaled on the orientation boards with ACHTUNG - ATTENTION - ATTEZENZIONE. Outside of railroad operating hours, the pistes are closed and are not protected from any dangers such as snow groomers with cable winches or tilling machines and avalanche blasting. There is a danger to life.
