Q: Additional Booking Terms and Conditions for Groups and Schools

1. Scope of ApplicationThese supplementary booking terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Bergbahnen Brigels for all bookings made by groups, school classes, clubs, companies, and other organizations. In the event of any conflict, these supplementary provisions shall take precedence over the general terms and conditions.2. Reservations and Cancellations2.1. ReservationsReservations can only be made via the online reservation form. A binding contract is formed upon receipt of the booking confirmation.2.2. Cancellation & ChangesCancellations can only be made in writing via email to verkauf@brigels.ch and must be received no later than 7 calendar days before the booked date.Any additional registrations or changes made on-site will be charged at the regular group rate rather than the school class rate.3. Group Room and Pre-Ordered Meals3.1 Event Operation in Case of Bad WeatherThe reserved group room is subject to a fee even in case of bad weather.3.2 Illness of Individual Participants / Pre-ordered MealsIf a child or participant becomes ill, cancellation must be made no later than 10:00 a.m. on the respective day. Any costs already incurred or that cannot be canceled at short notice may be deducted from the refund amount.4. Payment4.1 Terms of PaymentPayment by invoice or online. Invoices must be paid in full within 20 days of the invoice date.4.2 Late PaymentIf payment is not received within the payment period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or withdraw from the contract.5. Responsibility and Liability5.1 Duty of SupervisionThe duty of supervision for school classes and groups of children rests with the responsible teachers or chaperones throughout the entire stay.5.2 Liability for DamagesThe responsible organization or person is liable for damages caused by participants within the scope of statutory provisions.

Booking Conditions for School Groups

A school group is defined as a group that purchases at least 10 tickets with the same area of validity. This rate applies to elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, vocational schools, special education schools, boarding schools, and private schools.

Upon receipt of the order, we will issue an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the estimated total amount. This must be paid within 30 days. The final invoice will be issued after the ski camp and will include the services actually provided as well as any adjustments or refunds.

Any late registrations or changes made on-site will be billed at the regular group rate and not at the school class rate.

Cancellations due to accident or illness during the camp must be reported either directly at the on-site ticket office, accompanied by a doctor’s note, or submitted via email to verkauf@brigels.ch. No cancellation or refund is possible without a doctor’s note.

Catering & Group Room

Our Alp Dado team will treat you to culinary delights at the mountain restaurant Alp Dado.

You’ll enjoy lunch in peace in a group room reserved just for you. Lunch will be provided there and served by the class itself.

Upon request, this space can also be used for the entire day—ideal for relaxing or storing bags and equipment. Daily use is available at a special price of CHF 45.00.

Meal Times
Meals are served either at 11:30 a.m. or at 12:30 p.m. You can select your preferred time during registration so that everything can be prepared and ready on time.

Prices per person

CHF 14.50 – Students in grades 1 through 6
CHF 16.50 – Students in grades 7 through 9
CHF 18.50 – Teachers and students in grade 10 and above (secondary schools)

Meal times and the menu can be selected directly during registration.

Group Room Without Meals

If you’d like to organize your own meals, a group room is available at the Alp Dado mountain restaurant.

Group room: CHF 85.00 per day – free of charge when ordering our set menus.

Show off your skiing skills on our race course at Alp Dado and enjoy the fun of racing together as a group. Get your own personalized Skimovie and share your run with friends.

With SKIMOVIE, you’ll be filmed automatically. You can then access and share your run via the Skiline app or www.skiline.cc.
