At Stiva da Rubi, alpine comfort meets honest cuisine. Our menu is a declaration of love to Grisons specialties - sometimes hearty, sometimes surprisingly light. Whether a hearty Plättli, homemade soups or a sweet Kaiserschmarrn: Everything simply tastes that little bit better up here. There's also a small hut café or a large après-ski beer.

And the best thing is: in our open show kitchen, you can watch the chefs as they prepare authentic, fresh and passionately prepared dishes.

In the middle of the ski area. And yet very close.

The Stiva da Rubi is not only located directly on the ski slope, but also on one of the most beautiful sections of the winter hiking trail network in Brigels. From the village, a rolled panoramic path leads in gentle curves to the restaurant's sun terrace - perfect for a stopover with homemade soup or a coffee with a view.

Follow the well-signposted trail towards Alp Dado or take the high-altitude route to Waltensburg. A total of around 35 kilometers of well-maintained winter hiking trails are available - and right in the middle: our Stiva.
