Locals: Persons with legal primary residence in the Surselva region.
Guests: All other persons.
Authorization: Unlimited access to all facilities of the affiliated companies for the duration of its validity.
Exception: In LAAX, the number of day accesses in winter is limited to 5 freely selectable days per season. In summer, a valid Surselva Pass entitles the holder to use all facilities of the participating mountain railroads.
PostBus: Free use of the PostBus lines Ilanz-Vals, Ilanz-Vella and Ilanz-Obersaxen with ski equipment, plus local bus Brigels, Disentis, Vals and Obersaxen during the winter season.
Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn: In winter, free travel on the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MG Bahn) on the Disentis-Sedrun-Andermatt route.
Keycard: Surselva Pass price excluding Keycard.
Refunds: None are granted on family tickets. Refunds for other cards only on presentation of a medical certificate.
Refund rates:
Up to 15.12.2025 purchase price -20%
Up to 10.01.2026 purchase price -50%
Up to 31.01.2026 purchase price -75%
After 31.01.2026 no refunds are possible on used annual passes.
Up to 31.03.2026 unused annual passes, purchase price -10%.
A refund (partial refund) of the purchase price of the Surselva Pass will only be made in the event of accident, illness or death.
Refunds can only be made by the company from which the Surselva Pass was purchased and on presentation of a medical certificate (in the event of accident or illness). Days lost due to weather or snow-related closures will not be refunded.
General provisions:
Infants: Up to 5 years (free of charge)
Children: 6 -12 years
Adolescents: 13 -17 years
Adults: From 18 years
Families: Parents (part) and their children up to and including 17 years (according to certificate of residence). The date of issue of the Surselva Pass and the date of birth are decisive for allocation to the categories.
